5 Verses Against Worry & Fear

Hey Friend,

I know it’s been such a difficult time in our nation and world. If you’re reading this, you’re loved and I’m praying for you. Here are some verses I’ve been meditating on against fear and worry. Check out my video below for a more in depth explanation.

➳ Isaiah 26:3
“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You, all whose thoughts are fixed on You.”

➳ Isaiah 41:10
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

➳ Proverbs 3: 5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.”

➳ Matthew 8: 23-27
^“Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!” He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”

➳ Jeremiah 17: 7-8
“But Blessed is the one who trusts int he Lord, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water. That sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
